Cub Scouts (8-10.5)

A Cub Scout Pack can have up to 36 Cub Scouts and is split into smaller groups called Sixes.

Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors.
Camps and holidays are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs.

Our Cub Packs, Theale Tiger Moth Cubs, Theale Spitfire Cubs, and Calcot Phoenix Cubs currently has 68 active members. If your child would like to join us, or you’ve got an interest in helping us out then please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you!

HM King Charles III has been confirmed as our new Patron, a great honour for UK Scouts.

The King continues a long tradition of the monarch giving their Patronage, dating back to 1912. This was when Scouts was granted its Royal Charter and HM George V became our first Patron.
