Adult Volunteers

Volunteering is a mutually beneficial activity. Not only are you helping a charity or doing something positive for your local community, you are also doing something positive for your own well-being.

Volunteering in Scouting can help boost your confidence, build leadership/organisational skills, help boost your CV, while having fun and helping young people achieve their full potential.

We have fantastic volunteers from many different backgrounds and they all have the same aim, to help provide something great for the young people we serve in our local community. We have a supportive and flexible approach to our volunteers, plus scouting offers some great training that can easily fit around your day to day life.

So why not get in touch and see what you can offer?

We have many different volunteer opportunities on offer. From leading young people, becoming skills instructors, helping on our Group Executive Committee or helping our Fundraising team at events.
