Group Equipment Booking Details
Bouncy Castle
Dimensions: 5.9m (length) x 4.6m (width) x 3.75 (height), allow 1.0m to 1.5m of clearance above and around the outside.
Handling: 3-4 people ideally. Need a trailer or small van to comfortably transport (Group can transport on request and if volunteers available).
Additional info: 240v power point required and a 10m electrically tested extension lead is supplied. Mobile generator can be used with an additional donation (£10 Scouts, £15 Private. Fuel extra and supplied on request).
Price guide:
Private event – Suggested donation = £85 for 1-2 days
Scout Groups – Suggested donation = £50 for 1-2 days

The Bouncy Castle is inspected annually and is PIPA registered (Tag No: 41257)
Marquee
Dimensions: 20ft x 30ft (6m x 9m), allow 4ft clearance around outside for guy lines and pegs. The marquee also has an additional centre section which will add an extra 10ft (3m) in length. Sides can be removed or adjusted to suit your needs.
Handling: 4+ people. Decent sized trailer or van needed to transport due to length of poles and the amount of bags with the canvas. Scout Group will most often transport and erect.
Price guide:
Private event – Suggested donation = £85 for 1-2 days. When using the bungalows as well, the combined donation is = £160.
Scout Groups – Suggested donation = £65 for 1-2 days. When using the bungalows as well, the combined donation is = £100.

Bungalows (large mess tents) x 2
Dimensions: 3m x 7m approx.
Handling: 2-3 people. Can be transported in an estate car, or bigger.
Price guide:
Private event – Suggested donation = £45 or £85 for both for 1-2 days.
Scout Groups – Suggested donation = £25 or £40 for both for 1-2 days.

Other Group Equipment
Any other equipment that has been requested will need to be passed by the Scout Group Quartermaster Team to check availability. Suggested donation will vary depending on equipment requested.
PLEASE NOTE: The Scout Group is run by volunteers, availability of equipment and collection/drop off/pick up times will be dependent on our volunteers making themselves available and giving up their free time. Short notice bookings will be harder to accommodate and the more notice you can give us for equipment bookings will be very much appreciated.
